Backorders or Delays

We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately or within three business days, and backordered items as they become available.

Exchanges / Returns Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of the purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, warranty material, etc.
  • A 10% restocking will be charged for returned items over $300.

To Return an Item to Us

Please pack your merchandise securely. Include your invoice with a note telling us the reason for the return. If the item was a gift, please include your phone number and your email address. We will credit the original purchaser's credit card upon receipt of returned merchandise.

If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. Send the package with a traceable shipping method (i.e. Delivery Confirmation) to:

International Orders

International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address.
